Can I substitute synfosium capsule with pet360 probiotic+prebiotic ?

Synfosium is also a pre and probiotic. You can use one of them.

My dog is identified with abnormal pancreas issues. Lipase is 4 times high than normal.. synfosium was one of the medicines prescribed for this issue but today I ran out of stock. I have pet360 with me available, can you suggest if I can substitute
