Frozen curd and frozen fruits like Banana, apple, watermelon etc are also a great alternatives for ice cream for your pups. These will be a healthy treat in summer rather than ice cream. Some of these ice creams might have Xylitol as sweetener which are toxic for dogs, please be watchful for that. Moreover ice cream can cause mild gastrointestinal discomfort in some dogs that are lactose intolerant, please be cautious.
