Hello doctor good afternoon my dog is trying to vomit he vomited twice and it’s like yellow foam he’s not eating food but when I feed him he tries to eat less his nose is dry and he’s sleeping a lot seems like he’s so tired he is not able to travel too I feel his body has temperature little bit. Can you help me with what to do ??

Hi Nikhitha. Dry nose, fever, sleeping more than usual, reduced food intake with vomiting suggestive of sickness which needs a clinical attention with blood tests. I would suggest you to see a vet as early as possible.
