Hi Faruqi. No. The condition has to be diagnosed by a vet first. It can an anal gland inflammation(Adenitis) or any other cause.

Ok but the thing is he doesn't let him touch by anyone not even us, so the vet himself can not physically examine him properly as he doesn't let him to do so, but I can try to treat him with some ointment or sprays, if u can suggest one

Meet **Bella**, a sweet and playful cat in need of a new forever home. She’s about 2.5 years old, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to give you all her love. Bella was adopted two years ago and was all set to travel with me to Dubai, but due to unexpected circumstances, I can no longer take her.
