Hello. If she is bleeding, I highly recommend you to get your pet examined from a vet along with ultrasonography or x ray to know the presence of dead kittens.

She has got a sonography doctor from that test only the vet has confirmed for dead kittens inside her

An abortion can be induced to remove the dead fetus, if it fails, she has to be operated.
