My cat's nose and ears become this color sometimes turns white/cream, is this normal?

This kind of pallor is usually seen with drop in haemoglobin or platelet count. The nasal planum by itself can appear pale due to external factors like cold weather but if the mucous membranes are also looking pale please get your pet checked immediately and preferably get a blood test done.
