This kind of pallor is usually seen with drop in haemoglobin or platelet count. The nasal planum by itself can appear pale due to external factors like cold weather but if the mucous membranes are also looking pale please get your pet checked immediately and preferably get a blood test done.

Hi, since itās too hot these days, my 4 year old golden retriever was finding it very difficult to manage. So we decided to groom him but after observing some red rashes on his body we ended up shaving him completely. This is the 2nd time heās shaved like this. 1st time it was on the vets recommendation done 2 years ago.
