Hi Divya. Chewing of paws may be a compulsive behavioural issue observed when a pet is going through boredom or any sort of stress. It in turn leads to secondary bacterial infection. Provide her some good toys to play with, spend quality time with her and may be she needs a behavioural training to correct it. If it’s has inflamed/tuned red with moist lesions, book an online consultation with a vet on kuddle for the treatment.

“YOUR DOG DOESN’T NEED ANY FRIENDS”
Socialization doesn’t mean that your pet should greet every human or animal that they meet. It means that they can stay stress-free in different environments and situations.
It’s okay if your dog doesn’t want to be pet by other humans.
It’s okay if your dog doesn’t want to play with other doggos.
It’s okay to not take your pet with you everywhere you go. It doesn’t make you a bad pet parent.
Understand your dog’s behavior and preferences and respect their boundaries. Socialization is extremely important but it can backfire if not done correctly.

I have a dobermann 10 months old. Two months ago he started limping as his left front paw swollen and the vet gave him three shots of pentorse 100. Now he is limping and looks like his right paw is hurting him. No visible injury nor swelling. Vet gave him Hexia tablets. What would be the reason? And what’s happening?4 comments•183 views
