Hi, this is called a lick granuloma. The reason why it's not healing is probably because your pet has been licking the area constantly and not letting it heal. The most important step would be to create a physical barrier eg a sock around his paw/ e collar to stop him from licking the affected area. Washing regularly with a medicated shampoo eg conaseb. If it doesn't heal within 2 weeks with this please get it checked to see if a histopathological/ cytology exam is necessary.
