Ringworm or other fungal diseases could cause patches like this, or those associated with hypothyroidism or some unusual autoimmune condition that manifest at the mucocutaneous junction..or it could be snow nose, that occurs in the winter months..It requires examination..Kindly scheduled an appointment with vet for home visit..
