Has anyone else seen their pup/dog get super excited and energised when the cook and maid come home? Our Rio gets super excited and active when our cook and maid are at home. Do they have a different energy compared to pet parents (who perhaps at times can worry to much)?

My toy poodle (5 months) hasn’t been eating much since she came from daycare She was getting some chicken there and I also tried giving her chicken which she eats a bit But the thing is she is completely rejecting kibble

Our toy poodle, Rio (about 54 days old), isn’t drinking enough water on his own. When we put RO water in his bowl, he avoids it. He avoids eating kibble when there is too much water in it and just doesn’t take cerelac. When the kibble is a bit more dry (after soaking it in water), he is eating. What can we do to get him to have more water voluntarily?

My 3yr old gsd, shadow is diagnosed with tick fever. I got the PCR done and he tested positive for b. Gibsoni and b. Sp strains. His blood tests are normal except for super low platelet (25k against 145k expected) As per my research on google, the best course is atovaquone and Azithromycin along for gibsoni and imidocarb and berinil for .sp. The vet is currently giving him clivet, doxy and metronidazole as tablets along with 2 liver syrups and 1 platelet syrup, imidocarb and berinil as injections. My research again says the tablets that are currently prescribed are weak and could lead to relapse. I asked the vet but he said this is good enough. Can somebody please help me with second opinion? I strongly believe Azithromycin and atovaquone should be given instead of clivet, doxy and metronidazole. Not to forget prednisolone was prescribed for 5 days. Also my dog is currently active. But I don't think his platelet is fully back, I'm getting it tested today or tomorrow. Thanks.

Got a 50 day old toy poodle last evening. We are first time pet parents. He was the last of his litter. While Viggo has been playing and teething, and also sleeping, he isn’t really eating the cerelac. Nor is he actively drinking water. We were told this is separation anxiety and settling into new surroundings. Am I overly worried or is this normal for a pup?

My pet is having digestive issues, it seems like since yesterday. He usually poops twice a day during his walks but went once early morning yesterday then middle of the night last night and once now apart from his two walks a day. Motion consistency also seems loose and he's having visible discomfort and had some blood in his stool now. Can I give him anything to help with this? Have switched to buttermilk rice/pumpkin rice since yesterday.
