Hi! Generally cat do not get diarrhoea during heat. Diarrhoea could be due to parasites, sudden change in food, or some infections. If the diarrhoea doesnt subside by 1-2 days and you observe decreased appetite, vomiting I would recommend to schedule a home vet visit.

For now you can give her some bland diet like boiled rice and chicken (3:1 ratio) for 2-3 days.
