I saw 2 stray kittens, hardly a few weeks old, while feeding their mother some dry cat food. IMPORTANT!! Eye discharge when clear and watery can be a sign of irritation in the eye. Yellow or green is an indication of infection. Nasal discharge when clear and transparent can be ignored however consult a veterinarian if it turns yellow or green!
