First u need health certificate of ur dog for last 5 days Then u have apply application for coupe . Only dog allow 1Ac and in only coupe. And in last when u r traveling on same day u have buy a ticket of dog that will 600/- . Thanks

How do you apply for application? Is it online for we have to go to railway station to submit or something?

With confined tkt you had to apply by way of application addressed to Divisional commercial manager Stating that you had confirmed tckt PNR no date train no & you require coupe if 2 seats
