My dog ( danny 6 yrs old male) has had an ear infection, and the vet advised to give an antibiotic tablet along with a pain killer and ear drops. But he has any changes even after the course of treatment. Today I noticed 2 small worm at his bed, but I'm not sure that if it comes from his ears.
